Mandatory Requirements  :   Number of position :- One • Ability to coordinate multiple project teams and team members. • Ability to effectively manage a diverse team with resources both internal and external to State. • Demonstrated leadership skills. • Ability to proactively and aggressively solve problems and manage issues effectively. • Strong communications skills. • Technical understanding for software development processes. • Solid business and technical writing skills. • Experienced in communicating effectively with senior business managers and the legislature. • Effective presentation skills for executing senior management engagements. • Ability to be highly accurate and detail oriented. • Strong technical skill utilizing advanced Project Management tools (e.g. MS Project). • Experienced in executing Project Management methods and processes according to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
