Mandatory Requirements  :   Number of position :- One • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma in relevant administrative field required. • 2 Years of experience managing the software design coding and implementation process. • 2 Years of experience in MS-Office Suite – MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook, MS.Net, MS SQL, C++, Microsoft Visual, APS, JAVA. • 2 Years of experience in developing and testing a real time system called Electronic Procurement and Contracts Tracking System (ePACTS). • 2 Years of experience in writing Project Specifications, IT software and related services.
Desirable Requirements  :   • Demonstrated experience in the design, development and use of procedure manuals, process documentation and policy analysis. • Working knowledge of various IT/Telecomm Products and services. • Strong knowledge of Capital/Expense Budget procedures. • Prior relevant experience in performing similar tasks and duties with Government (Federal, State or City) Social Services Agencies, including services with HRA, in complex IT environment is preferable. • Knowledge of City’s Procurement process and rules. • Analysis, design and develop Budgeting and Reporting for New York City Human Resources Administration.
