Desirable Requirements  :   • Ability to troubleshoot desktop connectivity issues in Local Area Network technology and/or Wide Area Network Technology. • Able to install or replace peripheral devices, which includes but is not limited to printer, scanner. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft software products (Microsoft Office Suits and Operating Systems.
