Mandatory Requirements  :   Number of position :- One • 2 Years experience installing Microsoft software products (e.g., Excel, Word, and Access) in Windows XP Professional environment. • 1 Year experience in Installing/replacing devices peripheral devices, which includes but is not limited to printers, modems, scanners, etc. in Local Area Network technology, including troubleshoot, and diagnosing and resolving hardware/software problems. • 2 Years Knowledge of all Microsoft Operating Systems up to and including Windows XP Professional. • 2 Years Strong applied understanding of microcomputer and microcomputer related equipment including state-of-the-art hardware and aging hardware so as to ascertain its continued use. • 2 Years experience Strong technical skills and associated expertise to repair and upgrade systems so that they are on par with new equipment acquired by the agency.
