Mandatory Requirements  :   Number of position :- Two • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma in relevant administrative field required. • 2 Years relevant experience in at least one of the following: Budget, IT Hardware & Software Contracts, IT Services Contracts, Telecommunication Contracts or Finance Administration in complex public sector IT environment, preferably in Government Agencies (Fed, State or Local) • 1 Year experience in MS-Office Suite – MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook. • 2 Years experience in writing Project Deliverables Bid Specifications, Request for Proposals (RFP’s), Project Definitions (PD’s), and Request for Awards for complex Telecommunications, IT hardware, software and related services. • 2 Years experience in conducting negotiations with Vendors, coordinating with end-users and related activities
Desirable Requirements  :   • Demonstrated experience in the design, development and use of procedure manuals, process documentation and policy analysis. • Working knowledge of various IT/Telecomm Products and services. • Strong knowledge of Capital/Expense Budget procedures • Prior relevant experience in performing similar tasks and duties with Government (Federal, State or City) Social Services Agencies, including services with HRA, in complex IT environment is preferable. • Knowledge of City’s Procurement process and rules.
