Mandatory Requirements  :   Number of position :- One • Minimum 4 years experience in overseeing medium scaled projects comprised of sub-projects and distinct deliverables; typically coordinates and delegates the assignments for the consultant project staff numbering over 10; focal point of contact for client regarding project status, meetings, reporting requirements; scope changes, and financial, administrative, and technical issues and concerns raised by consultant staff or client. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
Desirable Requirements  :   • Experience with business process analysis, including requirements gathering, development and maintenance of project documentation • Written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to professionally and effectively work with stakeholders, subject matter experts, as well as other consultants and staff members • Deployment management of desktop and mobile technology and applications • Knowledge of and/or experience with State Department of Buildings (for example: applications such as the Buildings Information System (BIS), business processes, laws and regulations such as the NYC Construction Codes) Note:-Please use job code while applying for this job.
