Mandatory Requirements  :   Number of position :- One • Proven track record in developing the structure and content of training documentation for the ERP PeopleSoft implementation, particularly Peoplesoft Human Capital management (HCM). • Experience designing and delivering technical training to groups with a wide range of abilities. In person and Web based. • Design and develop training manuals, reference materials, job aids and evaluation tools, including exercises, workbooks, scripts, and computer/web-based training in collaboration with technical developers, training leads and subject matter experts. • Assists in developing curriculum and assessment mechanisms.
Desirable Requirements  :   • Familiarity with the Higher Education environment and its administrative processes. • Demonstrated ability to gather information and insights from individuals and groups through the use of questioning and interviews. • Understands different learning styles. • Experience working with Campus Solutions Peoplesoft systems. • Effective communication and presentation skills.
