Mandatory Requirements  :   Number of position :- One • 7 Years Experience developing program/project schedules for initiatives for a project(s). • 4 Years Expertise with Earned Value Progress Measurement for business transformations with an IT component. • 4 Years Expertise in project management tools, techniques, and methods. • 4 Years Experience and knowledge of logistics, resource planning, and material management. • 4 Years Experience managing project implementation, developing baseline schedules, providing status for schedules, and conducting risk analysis of schedule dates. • 4 Years Experience monitoring and reporting compliance issues with regard to state government regulations. • 4 Years Experience and Knowledge of Earned Value Management, Cost Estimating, government financial management, Performance Measure Development, and process development. • 4 Years Extensive understanding of business transformation principles – people, process, and technology - backed by extensive knowledge of IT-enabled change and benefits delivery. • 2 Years Experience utilizing software tools, such as wInsight, Primavera P3, P3e/c, Expedition, Microsoft Project, OpenPlan, Cobra, and MPM. • Communication, analytical, management and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems ) • Microsoft Project certification
Desirable Requirements  :   • Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field). • Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), Earned Value Professional, and/or Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst. • 2 Years Experience working in government sector (preferably state). • Experience working with Department of Transportation regulations in State Note:-Please use job code while applying for this job.
